1. An alien who wishes to live in the Aryawart for the purpose of earning and survival can do so.
He can hold a salaried job.

2. An alien cannot hold any public ofice, of whatsoever nature, neither in the Nation nor in the states.

3. An alien cannot own an immoveble property (such as land and house).
He will have to live in a rented house and pay the rent regularily, as per rules set by the Council of Economical Affairs.

4. An alien cannot have the bank balance above a certain limit (as fixed by the Council of Economical Affairs).
Also he cannot send the excess money outside the Nation. And can only spend it within the Nation to raise his living-standard.

5. An alien will have to pay the 'Alien-Tax' (i.e. a percentage of his income, fixed by the Council of Economical Affairs).
